Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns / exchanges for any sale items or purchases made using any discount code. 



We hope you will love everything that you've order from us but if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, here are the conditions for returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition

Should you receive a defective product, please send us a picture of the item to within 14 days from receipt of product. Any items returned outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, will not be accepted.

Pow Kapow reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to you.



  1. Please send an email to or Whatsapp us at +65 8822 2043 to start your returns request. 
  2. Please indicate the reason for the return.
  3. We will reply within the next business day the return shipping address.
  4. Once received, we will check your return and if in compliance with our return policy, your return is complete.

Pow Kapow does not cover any postage costs associated with returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer. 

We advise that all returns or exchanges should be shipped with tracking to our office address as Pow Kapow cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived to us safely!   



Your refund will be processed within 5 business days and refunds will be given in the form of in-store credit, which will be valid for 6 months from the previous purchase made.

Please note that Pow Kapow does not offer direct exchanges. Therefore please use the in-store credit note and make a new purchase.
